1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1 "Site Administration" - employees authorized to manage the Site, acting on behalf of the Company, who organize and/or conduct personal data processing, as well as determine the purpose of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.1.2. Personal Data is any information relating directly or indirectly identified or defined by an individual (personal data subject).
1.1.3. Processing of Personal Data is any action (operation), or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation means with Personal Data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, removal, destruction of personal data.
1.1.4 Confidentiality of Personal Data is mandatory for observance by the Operator or other person who obtained access to Personal Data, the requirement not to allow their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or availability of other legal grounds.
1.1.5. "Site User (hereinafter "User")" means a person who has access to the Site through the Internet and uses the Site.
Cookie is a small fragment of data sent by a web server and stored on a user's computer, which a web client or a web browser sends to a web server in an HTTP request each time it tries to open a page of the corresponding site.
IP Address is the unique network address of a node on an IP-based computer network.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1 The use of the Site by the User means to consent to this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User's Personal Data.
2.2 In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Website.
2.3.This Privacy Policy applies only to the Website https://frtt.ru/. The Company does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, to which the User can go via the links available on the Site.
2.4 The Website Administration does not check the reliability of personal data provided by the User of the Website.

3. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
3.1 This Privacy Policy states the obligations of the Administration of the site for nondisclosure and protection of confidentiality of personal information, which the User provides at the request of the Administration of the site when registering on the Site or when placing an order for a callback.
3.2 Personal data, which is subject to processing under this Privacy Policy, is provided by the User by filling out the registration form on the Website and includes the following information:
3.2.1. first name and last name of the User;
3.2.2. contact phone number of the User;

3.3 The Company protects Data which is automatically transmitted when viewing ads and when visiting pages where the system's statistical script ("pixel") is installed: • IP address; • information from cookies; • information about the browser (or another program that accesses the advertising display); • access time; • address of the page where the ad block is located; • referrer (address of the previous page).
3.3.1 Disabling cookies may make it impossible to access parts of the site requiring authorization.
3.3.2 The Company collects statistics about the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to identify and solve technical problems.
3.4 Any other personal information not stipulated above (used browsers and operating systems, etc.) must be securely stored and not disclosed, except as specified in clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING PERSONAL USER INFORMATION
4.1 The Administration of this site may use the personal data of the User for the following purposes:
4.1.1. Identification of the User, registered on the Site, to make an application for a callback or communication by email.
4.1.2 Providing the User access to personalized resources of the Site.
4.1.3 Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notices, requests regarding the use of the Site, processing requests, and applications.
4.1.4 Defining the User's location for security purposes, fraud prevention.

5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
5.1 Processing of the User's Personal Data shall be performed without limitation of time, by any legal means, including information systems of personal data with or without means of automation.
5.2 The User agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties solely for feedback from the Site's User.
5.3 Personal Data of the User may be transferred to the authorized state bodies of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.4 In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Website Administration shall inform the User of the loss or disclosure of personal data.
5.5 The Website Administration shall take necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions of third parties.
5.6 The Site Administration, together with the User, shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal information.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1 The User shall:
6.1.1 Provide personal data information necessary to use the Site.
6.1.2 Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in such information.
6.2 Website Administration shall:
6.2.1 Use the obtained information solely for the purposes specified in Clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2 Keep confidential information secret, not disclose it without prior written permission of User, and not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose in any other possible ways the personal data of User, except for items 5.2 and 5.3 of this Policy. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3 Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's Personal Data, according to the procedure generally used to preserve such information in the existing business turnover.
6.2.4 To block Personal Data, related to the relevant User, from the moment of application or request of the User or its legal representative, or authorized body on protection of rights of subjects of personal data for the period of inspection, in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.

7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1 The Administration of the Website, if it fails to perform its obligations, shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unauthorized use of personal data following the laws of the Russian Federation, except as provided in paragraphs. 5.2, 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2 In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Website Administration is not responsible, if this confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Administration.
7.2.3. has been disclosed with the consent of the User.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 Before going to court to resolve disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Website's Administration, it is obligatory to file a claim (written offer to resolve the dispute voluntarily).
8.2 The Recipient of the claim shall notify a claimant of the results of its consideration in writing within 30 calendar days after receipt of the claim.
8.3 If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be transferred to the judicial authority under the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.4 The current legislation of the Russian Federation shall be applied to this Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and the Administration of the Website.

9. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
9.1. The Website Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
9.2 A new Privacy Policy comes into effect upon its posting on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new Privacy Policy version.
